Job Description & Requirements 1. Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision. FA Inspection First piece set up inspection Routine inspection (in-coming, in-process, out-going)2. Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage. Inspection fixture 3. Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issues. Data collection Data analysis Root Cause identification Solution establishment 4. Generate internal and supplier quality performance reports. Monitoring of internal production quality issues Monitoring of sub-con/supplier quality issues Review, analyze and evaluate data on the above quality issues 5. Lead MRB review and disposition. Perform review on the rejection, evaluate and disposition of rework, scrap or UAI 6. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification. General supplier management Supplier audit (new and existing supplier)7. Support in audits (internal and supplier). Perform auditor role during internal audit Auditing of major suppliers with high quality issues 8. Lead in internal calibration management. Keep track of the calibration due date and take initiative to recall for calibration Maintain internal IMTE to date 9. Support on Documentation Control. Inspection report Material Certificate Treatment COC Internal inspection record Perform GDP 10. Oversee quality activities and action plan. Arrangement of inspection priority Updating of inspection status Liaise with cross-function on quality issues Problem solving through teamwork 11. Support QM to lead the Quality Department. Perform as a lead of the Quality Department Take over the HOD role in the absence of QM Further scope will be added as per necessary prior to changes of needs with reference to current capabilities, knowledge, skill, and performance. 12. AS9100, ISO14001 capability. Understand all clauses of international standards. Execution of these international standards. Maintenance of organization QMS #J-18808-Ljbffr
