About the Role:-Cladder are responsible for ensuring that cladding is properly installed and that it meets safety and design standards.Offers the opportunity as an experienced Cladder to join the team in Damam, KSA Essential Responsibilities:

Read and understand Engineering Drawing, WPS, Welding symbols and WO•s.
Perform welding or overlay work with appropriate material using both manual and / or automated process following above said documents.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding machinery & other related equipment in the workshop.
Fill up and maintain weld map and sign off the WO•s accordingly after completion of work.
Inspect and maintain all tools required for the job.
Should be part of quality improvement team to improve cycle time & reduce COPQ.
Do proper housekeeping in work area and do 5S inspection accordingly to schedule.
Should be able to run at least 5 clad machines and perform jobs with minimum defects.
Assist as required in gouging, flame cutting, grinding, material handling or other related work in difficult condition onsite, offsite or customer locations as & when required.
Participate in I cube and implement 5S project in lean Manufacturing.
Should be able to train and develop new welders in Cladding and Fabrication area to meet Quality and Safety requirements.
Able to Do Programming, automatic GTAW, SMAW, (Seat Pocket, flow bore big and small diameters, ring groove, cavity bottom, bonnet seal, cavity bore., Bore to Bore, Blueprint (drawing and document) Interpretation.
Know the Shielding Gases for welding, Set Up the Part, Know the Welding Torch Parts, Know How to Check the Wire Quality, Power source, Controller and Pendant Operation. Insert preparation and install, Chamber 45'S, WPS Interpretation, pre-heat preparation and cavity bore. small bores.

To be successful in this role you will:

Minimum ITI / ITE / Diploma / graduate in science.
Working experience as a welder in heavy industry for at least 8 years. Minimum qualification should be 1G, 2G and 3G with minimum SMAW, GTAW and GMAW processes.
Should have basic knowledge in other welding processes such as SAW, FCAW and shall have thorough knowledge in all cladding processes.
Should be able to read and understand English. Should be able to read - understand Engineering drawing, welding symbols and WPS.
Guide all new welders and welders B & C. Pro-active, willing to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure.
Should be able to guide and plan for welders in absence of charge hand.
Should be able to create welding program in computer and change accordingly. He should be able to train new welders and guide welders II & I.
Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
Machine Cladding experience is a must!

Desired Characteristics:

Strong knowledge in basic welding and Cladding processes process such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW
Able to troubleshoot welding issues which arises during cladding and fabrication welding.
Actively participate in GRR root cause analysis
Analytical ability to deal with people and technical problems.
Strong knowledge on welding power source, welding torches, and its accessories.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with all levels within the organization
