Responsibilities:Client Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their goals, provide strategic counsel, and ensure client satisfaction.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives, incorporating media relations, content creation, social media, events, and influencer partnerships.Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts in sports and entertainment. Secure high-impact media coverage and manage press events, interviews, and press conferences.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials. Ensure all content is of high quality and on brand.Crisis Management: Provide expert guidance on crisis communication strategies to protect and enhance client reputations.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior PR staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality work output.Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and management for client accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting financial targets.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in sports and entertainment PR.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of PR experience, preferably within the sports and entertainment sectors.Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
