JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an ETL developer (TALEND).
Responsibilities
Analyze and create high-quality apps
Help develop documentation and prepare and deliver user training for peers and consumers
Round out the team with your knowledge and best practices as a developer
Help install and test software packages and roll out applications
Manage priorities and have strong analytical skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Personal Skills:
A strong communicator with the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery align with expectations
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions
Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks assigned
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
Good customer service skills.
Ability to deal with difficult situations/individuals gracefully
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Financial services
Experience with ETL or Data integration tools like Informatica, TalenD
Experience with Data visualization tools and reporting tools
Experience with Cloud based tools and technologies
Java, Unix OS, Scripting, Python or Perl
Experience in development on other application types (Web applications, batch, or streaming)
Proficient in DevOps tooling and practices
