Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients. Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to provide tailored advice. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and update clients on market trends and performance.Develop customized wealth management strategies, including investments, tax planning, estate planning, and succession planning. Recommend suitable financial products and solutions, such as mutual funds, bonds, equities, and alternative investments. Collaborate with internal experts and external partners for holistic financial planning. Design and manage investment portfolios aligned with clients' objectives. Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, ensuring adherence to clients’ risk profiles. Stay updated on global and local market developments to provide timely advice. Identify and onboard new HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, networking, and partnerships. Participate in client engagement events, seminars, and exclusive networking opportunities. Meet individual and team sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all client transactions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Conduct due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new and existing clients. Mitigate risks by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to bank policies.
