Industry: Engineering and Facilities for Industrial Sector Location: West area Schedule: 5-day work week Skills: Building Facilities, Electrical and Repair Management This position will be joining an established company with Global presence in various technology and industrial sectors. Will be stationed at the Industrial / Manufacturing / Office Operations site. Position Responsibilities: The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building. Handle projects and oversee Building Technicians who perform remedial works, audit inspections and engaging with third-party contractors (e.g., Waste Management, Pest Control). Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling. Will lead the documentation, coordination and operational aspect of building administration management. Position Requirements: Diploma in Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Building Services. 1-2 years’ experience in M&E Facilities Management experience. This position will not be hands-on but must be well and capable to guide third-party contractors. Good verbal communication skills and able to communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation. We will consider all candidates but will prioritize those who have closer requirements to client needs.
