Position: Manager - Exports.Reporting : DirectorLocation : Mumbai, Head OfficeManaging the Specialty Oleochemicals business of the Company for Export market, mainly North America, Japan, Korea, Europe.Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitabilityDeveloping go-to-market strategy based on business plan of the companyIdentifying New markets & New Customers for the targeted productsIncreasing market share of productsBranding of Company & its products, services and device reach out planRelationship building & retention plan for existing customerBuilding product, industry & market understanding & knowledgeFinding new application for productQuality & timely delivery of product to customer10+ Years of Experience in Sales & marketing of chemicals & allied industries of which a few years of experience in international marketingExposure to commodity & specialty chemicals Should have the ability to make technical presentation to customers Should have the ability to understand technical complaintsPreferred exposure to the Developed marketWell networked person in chemical industryEducation: Chemical Engineer or Bachelor's/ MSc. / Chemical Engineering.
