The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing a high-performance sales team, and establishing strong customer relationships to expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets across the Tamil Nadu region.Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting goals and ensuring they meet targets.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, architects, and contractors.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team to enhance productivity and skill development.Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in plywood, hardware, laminates, or other building materials industries.Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market, with existing relationships in the plywood, hardware, and laminate industry preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative work environment with a strong focus on innovation.Job Type: Full-time AGG
