Your Role: Strategic Leadership and Vision As a Research Director , you'll:

  1. Drive impactful projects blending quantitative and qualitative research, delivering insights that spark change and progress.
  2. Build deep, strategic partnerships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for business success.
  3. Lead and inspire a talented team, sharing your expertise and elevating their careers.
  4. Innovate across methodologies and approaches, ensuring insights are both actionable and visionary.
  5. Play a key role in shaping the agency's future, from growing client relationships to crafting winning proposals and contributing to broader business strategy.
Projects That Make a Difference
  1. Scope : Exciting domestic and international projects that influence brands and shape industries.
  2. Focus : Strategic challenges like brand positioning, segmentation, pricing research, CX/UX optimization, and more.
  3. Approach : Predominantly quantitative (70%) with a strong qualitative element (30%) to create a comprehensive view of consumer behaviour.
What You Bring
  1. Experience : 8+ years in market research, with proven leadership experience and a knack for strategy.
  2. Skills : Expertise in quantitative methodologies including hands-on data skills, complemented by qualitative knowledge.
  3. Leadership : A passion for mentoring, inspiring teams, and fostering collaboration.
  4. Vision : A proactive mindset with a flair for turning insights into real-world impact.
  5. Business Savvy : A proven track record of nurturing client relationships and driving growth.
