Their platform serves prestigious clients including technology giants, the world's largest banks, and numerous governmental agencies worldwide.

The Role

As Principal Product Manager, you'll be a key individual contributor reporting directly to the VP of Product, driving vision, strategy, and execution for core product areas. This is an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise collaboration while working with cutting-edge technology and prestigious clients.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $169,000 - $241,000
  • Equity: 45,000 shares
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and vision alignment across R&D and Go-To-Market teams
  • Lead product development in partnership with Engineering and Design
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including department leads and executive management
  • Build and execute GTM strategies with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Serve as product evangelist both internally and externally
  • Guide pricing and packaging strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with enterprise buyers and champions
  • Lead cross-functional teams toward customer-centric outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B environments
  • Proven track record in critical infrastructure industries (defense, cybersecurity, communications, manufacturing)
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and first-principles approach
  • Experience with enterprise and public sector customers
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% during peak seasons
  • MBA preferred
