Operation Department Manager

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage the operations department within our swimming pool company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership skills, and a passion for swimming pool systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
2. Project Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding mechanical systems and pool technologies.
5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
6. Budget Management: Control department budgets and assist in cost estimation for projects.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
8. Training and Development: Mentor and train engineering and operations staff to foster skill development and enhance team performance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on water systems or pool operations.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pool technology.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
