Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles including software developers, network engineers, data analysts, system administrators, etc.Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other platforms to attract top IT talent.Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team requirements to create effective recruiting strategies.Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.Interview Process: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.Offer Management: Extend offers to candidates, negotiate salaries, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular reports for management.Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.Stay Current on IT Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, IT industry trends, and recruitment best practices.Qualifications:Proven experience (1+ years) as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruitment role.Strong knowledge of IT job roles and technologies, such as software development, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, etc.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to job requirements.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting for niche IT roles or specialized technologies.Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.Technical certifications (e.g., HR certifications, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) are a plus.
