Country: Saudi ArabiaLocation: Carrier, 6th Floor, Tawnia Tower, Ulaya, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole Responsibilities:Lead the SM project team across the 4 entitiesEnsure to execute the SM projects at highest quality and on time.Optimizes the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently, Coaches team members, and owns standard customer agreements and service levels to ensure operational objectives are met.Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams across multiple geographic locations.Determines how to solve complex escalated issues that would impact the business and provides recommendations for solutions to executive leadership.Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.Quality Issue Management.Contacts key stakeholders to resolve complaints and establish the appropriate improvement plan.Establishes and maintains training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.Owns standard customer agreements and service levels.Minimum Requirements:University Degree and minimum 15 years prior relevant experienceCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
