Retail Kiosks Supervisor

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Ordering and Inventory: Ensure the correct volume and mix of products are ordered and available.
• Site Preparation: Maintain clean, safe, organized, and well-presented kiosks and stockrooms.
• Equipment Management: Secure and maintain all necessary equipment and facilities before any event starts.
• Coordination: Work closely with the marketing department to order raw materials and tools.
• Staff Training: Conduct staff training and performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Team Coordination: Work as an active team member to ensure high standards of care and service.
• Conflict Resolution: Address any accidents or complaints, reporting them appropriately.
• Customer Interaction: Ensure excellent customer service and engagement at all kiosks.
• Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Sales and Inventory Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, product supply, and human resources.
• Feedback and Improvements: Propose ideas to improve services and event quality.
• Perform any special assignments requested by the line manager.

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Language: Bilingual.
• Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Driving License: Must have a valid driving license.
