With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.The Bastien Beautician will be responsible for providing all Bastien treatments perfectly and must possess good retail power. He/She is fully responsible for his/her treatment and all tasks that he/she is delivering. All the standard corresponding must be known and followed flawlessly. He/She plays an important role in interacting with guests, recommending Bastien treatments, managing bookings, performing treatments, and recommending products. He/She needs to be independent with the guest journey and able to handle a guest from A to Z. Additionally, he/she is responsible for revenue generation through retail, upselling, and cross-selling to other business centers in the Spa.Suitable candidates will report directly to the Bastien Manager and should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have strong experience in Nail Salon services, be creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, and possess good leadership skills.
