Job Description And Responsibilities Increase Risk, Identity and Data products sales in the region, defining the pipeline and ensuring an adequate level of implementation capacity from partners to achieve the sales targets. Come up with innovative sales approaches and drive the sales part of execution. Interact with clients in the region and transform leads into implementation opportunities. Drive engagements with clients and support during the implementation phases. Lead discussions around the evolution of Risk and Data products in the region, ensuring innovation and response to clients' needs. Monitor the markets and work closely with the regional Risk Team to ensure our solutions are aligned and compliant with local regulations. Track progress in terms of commercial targets and product scorecards. Generate thought leadership around Risk, Identity and Data product solutions and drive the product agenda across the markets. Coach, guide and mentor three direct reports. As per the above, a significant element of this role will be the ability to generate thought leadership around Risk, Identity and Data product solutions and to become responsible for driving the product agenda across the markets. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications • Post graduate degree or equivalent. • 7+ years' experience in financial/fintech industries. • Sales and Client management skills. • Solid interpersonal skills, strong collaborator with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally. • Digitally curious, follows industry trends and can utilize this exposure to provide compelling supporting information to Visa's product, customer experience and digital recommendations. • Ability to drive decisions and operate in ambiguity. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to travel across designated markets. • Self-directed and motivated. • Skilled in managing complex issues and work under pressure. • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills. • Ability to develop executive level material and participate in discussions with senior leadership.
