Overview Job Title: Social Media Manager Hire Resolves client is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative flair for content creation, and a knack for engaging with audiences online. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement Analyse social media metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools to optimise social media campaigns Requirements: Bachelor's / master's degree in digital marketing, social media marketing or a relevant field. 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. Content management experience. Proven experience in creating and managing content, including video and graphic content. Proficiency across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. Extensive knowledge of social media best practices. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. Strong ability to analyse statistics and data to generate insightful reports. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
