Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:Lead the planning and execution of CPA CPS IGAMING CPL projects related to creative & offer development, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Candidate will Lead and grow Brands/Affiliate partnerships towards all vertical.Candidate should have sound knowledge in respected domain and would take complete ownership of vertical.Candidate should have good connects with International affiliates with WW trafficAggressively recruit new affiliates & partners for the brand. Knowledge of genuine inventory & publishers - SEO, PPC, Telegram channels is must.Handling direct and indirect models CPA/CPS/CPT/CPL campaigns.Onboarding new Partners (Advertisers & Publishers) on regular basis.Monitor affiliate activities and potential fraud or violations of the program.Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.Meet and Exceed monthly goals.Deliver Reports to Affiliates and Clients.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in same domain.Only Performer with confidence and Experience to Deliver.In-Depth and up-to-date knowledge of the CPA CPS CPL IGAMING market/trends and affiliate programs.Great command on verbal & written communication skills.Should have knowledge of campaign setup, tracking platform, S2S integration.Delivery of large-scale campaigns across various models/verticals.Familiar with tracking dashboards such as Affise, Afftrack, Offerslook etc.Thorough knowledge of attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, kochava etc.Key skills:Good Network of Advertisers and Publishers.Good communication skills.Professional work Ethics.Efficient and Time management skills along with Reporting.
