Head Human ResourceWe are seeking an experienced Head-Human Resource with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.Responsibilities :- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.- Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.- Design company policies and procedures. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvementsQualifications :- Excellent Academic Record- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals- Analytical mind- Should be from a TOP School such as IIT, BITS, /NIT if from Tech, or IIM, ISB, MDI and the likes.- Highly organized.- Superior interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented.- Good problem-solving skills.- Budget management experience.- Strong people skills.- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
