About Us: We are a fast-growing real estate agency based in Sydney. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening a new office in Indirapuram dedicated to inside sales and lead generation. Fluency in spoken English is necessary for this job, and ready to do cold calling.Perks and benefits: Competitive base salary of up to 50,000 INR monthly plus uncapped commission & incentives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to prospective home sellers to generate real estate leads.Clean up and maintain the existing database, ensuring all information is up to date.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and leads in the CRM system.Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior real estate agents.Meet weekly and monthly targets.Requirements:Office Timing - 5:30 AM to 2 PM ISTProven minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferably in the service sector).Experience in B2C, call centre/BPO experience would be preferable.Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasive skills.Experience in international calling is highly preferred.Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
