The Sr. HRIS Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the SuccessFactors Talent Suite (Employee Central, Goals/Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Success Planning and Reporting) to provide an amazing employee experience and support company ability to scale the organization.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical analyst for needs analysis, design, configurations, quality control, testing, deployment, security administration, reporting writing, system optimization and integrations.Performs system analysis, configuration and testing related to upgrade releases and bug-fixes.Effectively working with the HRIS team to prioritize work and resolve reported technical issues.Actively analyze business processes and data by performing routine audits for integrity issues to ensure strong upstream and downstream data quality.Engages with stakeholders to create self-service reporting requests and advance people analytics capabilities using HR Story and SAP Analytics Cloud.Coordinates with user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes for system solutions to enhance user experience.Establishes a strong partnership with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/integrations/queries.Develops, documents, and maintains all current and new HRIS business processes for support and compliance.QualificationsBA/BS degree with an emphasis in human resources or information technology.Minimum 5 years of previous experience in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors HCM within a multi-national company.Experience in People Analytics and HR metrics.Experience with hands-on Configuration in one or the following SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Employee Central and LMSAbility to work on multiple projects independently as well as with cross-functional AGG
