The Team Leader is responsible for both leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, whilst driving overall performance to agreed KPI's & SLA's. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive your teams to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.Note: This is a client facing role and the candidate will be operating out of the client office.Job description:Roles & Responsibilities -Note: This role (Senior Recruiter only) will be reporting directly to the Project manager - India.Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (only Non-tech like - Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Corporate functions, manufacturing (accountants, plant heads), Legal & Compliance, regulatory affairs, etc.).Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry vales and standards at all times.Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal & external).Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.Manage on-site and remote teams of recruiters across India.Defining and communicating individual and team metricsLeading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of rolesMaintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the clientIdentifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicableBe a subject matter expert on technology utilized within the recruitment process i.e. KF Recruit and our ATS (Oleeo).Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIsEnsuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely mannerDeveloping and delivering client and management metrics and reportingCommunicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutionsContinually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiativesSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.Provide market insights to hiring managers on the client's side wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc. thereby acting as a talent consultant/partner.Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence.Qualifications & Requirements -Anywhere between 3-12 years of Recruitment experience supporting Manufacturing clients.Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles like - commercial (75% Sales roles), Corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, R&D, etc.Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team management experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO / Agency would be preferred.Experience leading at least a 3-5 member team.A Bachelor's degree is a must.An ideal candidate must be able to handle a volume of at least 90-100 open requisitions/roles annually along with his team.Strong verbal and written communication & management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a logical approach interpreting the numbers and an impeccable business judgementStrong with interpreting data & reporting various metricsAbility to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environmentExcellent stakeholder and networking skillsFluency in English as a primary language for communicationTo apply, please apply here or send us your references (if any) with an updated CV mentioning the below details at - femy.shah@kornferry.com (to expedite the processing of the candidate's application):Email subject: R/SR - Gurgaon Current company:Designation:Total yrs of relevant work experience into recruitment?:Yrs of experience into hiring for Non-IT roles?:Have you hired for manufacturing industries clients dealing with building materials, housing products, etc.?
