Sero Apparels is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement, value stream mapping, and process analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process enhancement. This is a great opportunity to grow and refine your industrial engineering skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.• Support value stream mapping to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.• Conduct time studies and assist in capacity planning to improve resource allocation.• Apply Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and variation.• Help design and implement layout and workflow changes to improve material flow.• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.• Analyze production data to provide insights for operational improvements.• Support process improvement training initiatives and tool implementation.Qualifications• Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field.• Experience in continuous improvement (Preferred).• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, time studies, and process optimization.• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (certification is a plus).• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
