Position: PD Merchandiser - ApparelExperience Required: 1-2 years with reputed garment export housesLocation: Noida (Immediate joiners residing nearby will be preferred)Salary Range: ₹4.20 LPA - ₹5.40 LPAAbout the RoleCTA Apparels is seeking a passionate and skilled Apparel PD Merchandiser to manage and streamline our product development processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment product development, costing, and customer service, with a proactive approach to communication and product development.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product development from concept to final sample delivery, ensuring client specifications are met.Prepare detailed costings, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative and market-relevant products.Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.Oversee sampling timelines, approvals, and updates, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.Required Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background: Graduate in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or Fashion Merchandising from NIIFT, Pearl Academy, or Amity.Experience: 1-2 years in product development roles with reputed garment export houses.Strong understanding of apparel product development processes and costing.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Why Join Us?At CTA Apparels, you'll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top-tier clients from around the globe.
