As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements and processes. Your role will involve developing tailored solutions that address client needs and enhance operational efficiency. You will also support various process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Engage in project kick-off meetings, design workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning.Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Write and execute test scripts, conduct demos, and gather feedback.Maintain and advance ServiceNow product certifications through our comprehensive training programs.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITOM modules.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT operations management to drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Willing to relocate to Mohali or open for a working in a hybrid model2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and developing custom probes and sensors. Experience with PowerShell and a scripting language like Python or Ruby.Familiarity with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).Experience with migrations and integrations involving Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or similar event management solutions.Knowledge of infrastructure as code technologies such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.Understanding telecommunication networks and infrastructure is a plus.Experience with the ServiceNow network inventory data model and telecom service management industry add-ons is an advantage.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.Join us and be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on our organization's success.
