We are developing a comprehensive set of platforms that focuses on using the latest technology to enable our clients deliver better and faster customer experience.Position Summary:The Manager - Project Management is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of one or more specific projects- ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Serves as a primary point of contact for internal as well as external stakeholders and clients during the implementation phase of each project and includes day-to-day interface on project commitments and updates, leading stakeholder and client meetings, ensuring project delivery is appropriate, timely, and accurate.Principle Accountabilities:Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planAttributes & Attitude:Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPlanning and organizingDecision-makingEffective interpersonal & communication skillsInfluencing and leadingConflict managementAbility to work in a high-stress work environmentKnowledge:Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project ManagementPMP CertificationProject Management experience in application deploymentKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsDirect work experience in a project management capacityProven experience in people managementProven experience in strategic planningProven experience in risk managementAmenable to working in a hybrid setup with the office located in BangaloreIf you've got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
