About the project: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with expertise in data migration to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in migrating data from a historical CRM system to Dynamics 365 in the cloud, with a focus on fundraising data. You will be able to:
- Led the migration of data from a historical CRM system to Dynamics 365 in the cloud.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the migration process.
- Design and implement efficient data migration processes and scripts.
- Analyze and interpret undocumented databases, explaining various migration options and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working in Microsoft SQL Server, data migration projects and data engineering.
- 3+ Years of experience working with Power BI.
- 3+ Years of experience working with ETL processes over SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- 1+ Years of experience working with Power BI Report Builder or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
