Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an Agency Manager to join the Samsung Ads team.
  • This role will be responsible for managing relationships with key media agencies and their clients, driving sales, and implementing effective advertising solutions for CTV campaigns.
  • The position requires not only media management skills but also an educational approach, helping agencies understand the full potential of the CTV territory—spanning media, creative, account management, and planning.
  • You will play a key role in training and educating agency teams to build holistic CTV strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Executives to bring in new business, ideas, and projects, supporting them throughout the sales process and ensuring successful campaign delivery in partnership with Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • The role also requires active collaboration with the Marketing team to implement differentiated, innovative actions and campaigns that stand out in the competitive advertising market.
Key Responsibilities: Agency Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with media agencies, including planning, creative, and account management teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Help agencies understand the full potential of CTV, educating teams across media, creative, account management, and planning on how to effectively integrate CTV into their strategies.
Agency Education & Empowerment:
  • Educate agencies on the power of CTV, helping media, creative, account management, and planning teams understand how to leverage Samsung Ads’ solutions across the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and ongoing training sessions to empower agencies to take full ownership of CTV and maximize campaign performance.
  • Encourage agencies to innovate with CTV by using data and advanced targeting solutions to create more personalized and impactful campaigns.
Collaboration with Sales Executives:
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to bring new business, creative ideas, and projects to Samsung Ads.
  • Assist Sales Executives in pitching and closing deals by providing agency insights and expertise during the sales process.
  • Help drive agency-level opportunities and identify new business prospects, ensuring smooth handoff to the Sales Executive for closing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field, with a focus on TV; CTV, or video advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with top media agencies and clients.
  • Strong understanding of CTV and digital advertising technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in delivering and optimizing cross-platform campaigns, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate teams at all levels, including media, creative, account management, and planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to drive campaign performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Know digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, ad serving technologies, etc.).
