Role: Senior Data Engineer Experience level: 6 to 8 yrs Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Who are we?   • Expertise in Big Data storage and processing platform (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, HBASE)
  • Good understanding of distributed system architecture, data lake design and best practices
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based deployments in AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Coding proficiency in at least one programming language (Scala, Python, Java)
  • Experience in data warehousing, relational database architectures (Oracle, SQL, DB2, Teradata)
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering & real-time streaming experience

  • Design algorithms for product development and build analytics-based products.
  • Lead analytical projects and deliver value to customers.
  • Coordinate individual teams to fulfill client requirements and manage deliverables.
  • Communicate and present complex concepts to business audiences.
  • Manage and strategize business from an analytics point of view.
  • Travel to client locations when necessary.

Additional Information: Help is on developing the largest pool of merchant repository called Bazaar as a value proposition for our clients across the continent. You will be joining this team as a software engineer. Your role will be to study the different merchants and partners and understand their data platforms and APIs and find the most efficient way to absorb their data into our DB. You will also be working to optimize the data quality and ingestion times to improve how we use the data to enhance the customer experience for our clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
