Italian Team Manager for Social Media Trending Videos Service and Delivery - Lisbon, PortugalWe are looking for a talented and accomplished Italian Team Manager to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client/corporate goals, and for coaching and motivating advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job.Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.As a Team Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:Communicate effectively and regularly with the working group, articulating different types of information (operational / management / etc)Solve problems, make decisions, analyze results and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements associated with the projectWork as a team, actively collaborating in the development of the advisors' activitiesContinually review and monitor the work performance of all advisors, instigating appropriate corrective action, using performance management tools, to manage any shortfallUndertake formal monthly/quarterly performance reviewsProvide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metricsAccurate and timely communication of any client issues to Operations ManagerMaintain an environment that supports the spirit of teamwork, where advisors are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the companyEnsure actions from Employees Satisfaction surveys are implemented and continuously reviewed.Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair trading, and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilitiesTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient level of Italian (mandatory)Proficient level of English (C1 and above)A proficient second language will be a plusMinimum of 6 months of call center experience preferably as Team Manager or product specialistEvidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skillsExcellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skillsGood numeric and verbal reasoning skillsEffective time managementAbility to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-taskMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, PortugalAvailability to work from our site in Sete RiosAvailability to work from 9am to 9pm UTC+1 Mon to SunKnowledge/abilitiesPeople-orientedAn element of gravitasExperience with policy workEarly adopter of technologyDependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervisionAbility to interact positively with staff at all levelsEducation and experienceBachelor's degree or directly related work experiencePrevious relevant experience as Team ManagerBenefits:Competitive wagesPaid professional trainingPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programsFun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness programJob stabilityLife-long skills and experienceGo further with FoundeverWe believe in memorable associate experiences.
