Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Openings Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAE About the job Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAEFor our Abu Dhabi client, a full-service real estate firm covering property management, property evaluation, and facilities management, with a current portfolio of more than 1,500 units in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors, we are looking for:Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAEAnswering queries, booking appointments, and following up on potential leads. In addition to this, you will be assisting Real Estate Consultant at open houses and showings.Responsible for maintaining a database of clients and updating it on a regular basis. Besides, you should be able to get the necessary property details and update property listings. Apart from this, you should also maintain property files and be in the know-how of the closing processes.Package: Salary + Commission Up to 50%ResponsibilitiesAddressing client queries and scheduling appointmentsMaking follow-up callsScheduling meetings between the buyer and sellerAssisting in preparing real estate documents and formsCoordinating showings and open housesMaintaining electronic and print records of propertiesPreparing, posting, and updating property listingsMaintaining and managing a database of clientsAssisting with negotiations and closing processesPerforming clerical duties when requiredHelping with the preparation of listing agreements and other legal documentsCollecting signed copy of the agreements from clientsCreating and distributing real estate brochures and other marketing materialsHandling online and offline property listings and advertisementsTaking photos of the properties under construction or repairs to determine the progressPutting up signboards on the propertyGathering necessary information about properties for saleCollecting mortgage paymentsAssisting clients to look for properties based on their needs and financial standingActing as an intermediary during negotiations and property dealingsJob RequirementsRequirementsDegree in the same or relevant field1+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry or in salesKnowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices (not mandatory, but considered as advantage)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyGood analytical and research skillsBasic computer skillsCustomer-centric and detail-oriented individualJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractSalary: From AED3,500.00 per month Commission Up to 50%
