As an Odoo Techno-Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in both the technical and functional aspects of Odoo ERP implementation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, customizing and configuring Odoo modules, developing new modules, and ensuring that the solution effectively aligns with the business processes and objectives of our clients. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and business acumen.Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand client business processes and requirements.Customize and configure Odoo modules to fit client needs.Develop new custom modules and integrate third-party applications with Odoo.Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance.Provide functional and technical training and support to clients.Document all configurations, customizations, and implementations.Collaborate with project managers and other team members for smooth project execution.Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and technological advancements.Must HaveProven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to haveOdoo certification is highly desirable.Experience in migrating from other ERP systems to Odoo.Knowledge of additional programming languages or ERP systems.
