As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and guidance in selecting the right medical uniforms and accessories.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and differentiators to potential customers.
3. Proactively approach customers to generate sales leads, upsell additional items, and promote special offers or discounts.
4. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and adequately stocked at all times.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the most relevant information.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
2. Proven work experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the medical or apparel industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
4. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate product information.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
8. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
