Social Sustainability Assessment Division Manager (Ref#016)The Social Division aims to lead and monitor social suitability and performance and the organization's practices with its key stakeholders. The Social Division represents practices that benefit the company's employees, consumers, and the wider community.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and prioritize the company's Social material topics, planning and development of sustainability strategy and implementation roadmap.Track performance of Social programs across the company.Coordinate with business lines and other corporate functions to manage deployment of Social programs.Coordinate with relevant parties to develop and implement sustainability disclosure and communication strategies with internal and external stakeholder groups.Lead social initiatives in line with the integrated ESG strategy to meet environmental and social targets in line with the corporate strategy and CEO ambition.Coordinate with the team developing Corporate Strategy to provide ESG-related inputs to help shape Corporate Strategy and receive inputs to help shape ESG Strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy.Develop KPIs and collect social data across the business to measure and track progress towards targets.Partake in strategic social decision making and liaise with other departments to ensure social issues are tackled across the business.Provide social-related SME inputs and push for social innovation.Develop and publish the company sustainability Annual report.Work closely with relevant parties including Generation, Risk and Compliance, and Legal Affairs departments amongst others.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Politics, Economics, Business, Engineering or Related Field.
