UI and UX Designer for Geospatial ProjectsTasks and Responsibilities:UI/UX Design:Design and develop engaging and responsive user interfaces for geospatialapplications.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectivelycommunicate design concepts.Ensure designs are user-centered, visually appealing, and aligned with projectrequirements.Geospatial Data Integration:Work with different geospatial data formats including orthophotos, point clouds,and GIS data.Design interfaces that can effectively display and interact with these dataformats.Collaborate with developers to integrate geospatial data into the front endseamlessly.User Experience Optimization:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve theuser experience.Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and enhance applicationusability.Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices for geospatialapplications.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers,and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.Communicate design ideas and prototypes to team members and clients effectively.Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic design decisions.Technical Proficiency:Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others to createdesign assets.Ensure front-end designs are implemented accurately by collaborating with thedevelopment team.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant togeospatial applications.Education and Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-ComputerInteraction, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on geospatialor data-intensive applications.Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, particularly involvinggeospatial data.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototypingtools.Experience working with geospatial data formats such as orthophotos, pointclouds, and GIS data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.Send your CVWould you like to work with us?
