About the role As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and working closely with the Principals in the Business Advisory team and provide exceptional services to clients by delivering high quality advisory and compliance services. The Role entails:

  • Working on clients in the Top 500 private wealth groups and large family groups.
  • Conducting first review of accounting and business services assignments.
  • Assisting in preparation of tax planning and research to provide valuable advice to clients.
  • Facilitating onboarding of new clients.
  • Involvement in planning and organising resources to meet client timeframes, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to high quality standards focusing on job profitability and meeting productivity and billing targets.
  • Identifying and implementing measures to help the team meet key performance indicators such as team productivity, fees and work in progress.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, ensuring high-quality output and effective knowledge transfer.
  • 2+ years experience as a Manager in Public Practice.
  • Experience working with larger client groups including consolidated group structures.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrating leadership and team management skills including mentoring and developing team members while managing your individual workload.
  • Commitment to building client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proactive approach to actively analyse, identify and implement solutions.
  • Possessing a strong degree of accuracy and keen eye for detail.
