HOURS: Day shift 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Candidates need to be prepared to work night shift, which is Monday - Thursday 4:20 PM - 3:00 AM. Requirements:
- Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Systems.
- Fault Finding Skills Electrical & Mechanical.
- Recognised Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition).
- Plan work priorities, order required materials needed to complete tasks.
- Ensure maintenance and all repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- Assist team members with tasks when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as Industrial electrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory.
