Position- CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Experience- 10-15 years Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in .NET technologies and a strong understanding of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technical teams, and aligning technology with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Technology Innovation: Lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and product offerings. Technical Oversight: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions, with a focus on .NET technologies. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and collaboration. System Architecture: Design scalable and robust architectures to support business growth and ensure system reliability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and priorities. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in technology development and deployment. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and .NET, integrating cutting-edge technologies as appropriate. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#). Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions (e.g., machine learning models, natural language processing, predictive analytics). Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role, managing cross-functional teams. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from concept to deployment. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes in AI and software development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating AI into existing systems and processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Knowledge of data engineering, big data platforms, and AI ethics. Certification in AI, .NET technologies, or related fields is a plus
