Job Description
- Maintain system configuration for data integrity, with knowledge of salesforce object DB model and admin competencies.
- Monitoring and managing reports, dashboards, workflows, and process builders in the salesforce application.
- System administration for the day-to-day administration of salesforce CRM.
- Review and validate system configurations... identify the bug trends and provide solutions.
- Project management of Regional CRM projects in full compliance with budget, schedule, and scope.
- Perform UAT and SIT testing before the implementation of new release function features and enhanced process flow.
- Conduct Post Deployment Testing (PDT), and identify and fix concerns with system deployments.
- Continuous enhancement of user experience with CRM platform and removing pain points.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Comp Science [Salesforce Admin an developer Certification is of added advantage].
- Multi-lingual in the following languages: English, Chinese and BM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects.
- Experience in business systems solution deployment with an emphasis in CRM applications.
