We are seeking a clinician to provide clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support through onsite, virtual, or tele support to organisations who have been impacted by critical incidents or significant change. We are seeking a clinician skilled in the delivery of psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, including delivery of psycho-education sessions and individual intervention. The role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to individuals and organisations – no two days are the same. The role will provide the successful candidate with opportunities to work across various work sites and modalities with a focus on onsite work. What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
- Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW).
- Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience.
- Ability to clinically manage client risk and work within a trauma-informed framework.
- Someone who is driven, enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and proactive with our organisation stakeholders.
- Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
