- Line balancing based on actual production capacity

- Line register updating and maintaining line budget
- Nonproductive time analysis
- Updating a skill matrix
- Weekly sample (Theoretical+ Practical)
- Evaluate operators to allocate their levels.
- Advice concerning transfers sewing operators between the operations.
- Production estimation of a line.
- Calculated production per hour.
- Operation Break Down.
- SMV calculation by time study.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum one year of Experience
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Production management know-how
- English Skills.
- MS Office skills
