Interior Designer

Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for various projects.
• Develop design concepts that reflect the client's personality and vision, aligned with functional requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and design presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements in line with the project’s objectives.
• Work closely with the presales team to present design concepts to clients and secure project approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure design plans are implemented according to specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and advancements in interior design technologies.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery within the allocated budget and schedule.
• Conduct site visits to check on the progress of projects and ensure everything aligns with the original design vision.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, or retail projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in collaborating with presales teams on project presentations.
