Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating options schedules
• Reconciling intercompany balances and calculating interest income
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing management reports and financial statement workings

• Assisting with preparing budgets and forecasts

• Assisting in drafting the half year financial report including
  • Preparing the SOCE
  • Preparing balance sheet notes
  • Preparing the cash flow statement
  • Preparing notes to the financial statements and other required disclosures
• Assisting in drafting the full year financial report including
  • Preparing the SOCE
  • Preparing balance sheet notes
  • Preparing the cash flow statement
  • Preparing notes to the financial statements and other required disclosures and remuneration report disclosures
• Assisting in drafting reports and schedules for quarterly reporting, including related party disclosures

• Preparing reports and supporting schedules for income tax return preparation, research and development grants/claims, fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, ESS

• Preparing reports and assisting in the review of the status of open purchase orders
• Configuring procurement system and setting up workflows for approvals
