Role Description As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will work closely with senior management and the technical team to provide the best Oracle solutions to meet client needs. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious salesperson to thrive in a growing company. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, etc.).
  2. Build and manage relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, etc.).
  4. Present Oracle solutions to potential customers and customize proposals based on client needs.
  5. Work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor Oracle solutions to customer needs.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  8. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  9. Stay informed on Oracle product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  10. Represent the company at Oracle-related events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in IT sales, in Oracle Cloud solutions or related products.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  3. 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle products.
  4. Strong understanding of Oracle's Cloud offerings and partner ecosystem.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  8. Proven track record in sales, specifically in Oracle solutions (Cloud, ERP, HCM, or related products).
  9. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to achieve results.
