Our client seeks an accomplished Project Manager for an immediate start. The PM will be responsible for the delivery of various high-end interior fit-out and design work. Experience in High Rise and Hotels is particularly desirable.ResponsibilitiesOverall delivery responsibility for multiple fit-out and refurbishment projectsFinancial management, reporting, and programming for projectsOversee Contracts Administrators and both office and site-based teamsProspect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationships within the commercial construction industryMinimum Requirements5 years experience as Project Manager for a commercial builderA track record of undergoing fit-out projects of at least $5M in value15-20 years PM experience in InteriorsExperience working for leading Interiors businesses or 2nd tier building companies on fit-out projectsGood D&C knowledge is a benefitGood knowledge of the GCC market including subcontractorsAbility to communicate with peers, subcontractors, and clientsPlenty of initiative and goal-oriented; keen to work as a team and have the drive to get things doneAmbitious for career development and progression
