Job Overview:LAWAZEM is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Eastern Region market.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Eastern Region.Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Eastern Region.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking.Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet them.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and market conditions to senior management.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Eastern Region.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.Strong understanding of the Eastern Region market and its dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
