Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.Receive inbound calls from prospective clients and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.Answer customer inquiries and address any questions or concerns in a professional manner.Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a telemarketing executive, telesales representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in a positive manner.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Should be able to do research on web and find leads.Should be able to communicate in English.
