Our technology stack, driven by AI, OCR, and RPA, ensures accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration into existing workflows.Role OverviewAs an Email Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and improve customer engagement for our SaaS IDP platform. You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, and content teams to create targeted campaigns and personalized content to ensure all email initiatives align with our overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, customer retention, and product promotions.Design and implement email marketing strategies to drive user engagement, conversions, and sales.Create engaging, high-quality email content including subject lines, email copy, and visuals that resonate with different audience segments.Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product updates.Segment email lists based on behavioral data, user engagement, and other relevant criteria to personalize messaging and increase campaign effectiveness.Utilize A/B testing to continuously optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, design, and sales to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.Monitor email campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate), and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance).Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience:3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.Proven track record of executing successful email campaigns with measurable results.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation tools.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer journeys.Skills:Excellent copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in email marketing metrics and analytics.Knowledge of A/B testing, email segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bonus Points For:Experience in the IDP or AI/ML-driven document automation space or Fintech.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc. PRB
