ANSR is today one of the largest drivers of FDI into India with over $1.5B of capital investments.ABOUT THE ROLE Associate Director - Market ResearchRoles and Responsibilities:Develop a robust, multi-channel, search strategy that will attract world-class Managerial & technical contributors Partner and collaborate with executive recruiters, to build intellectual capital and keep up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence.Acting as a career adviser to candidates as well as educating Hiring Managers about the talent demographic Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives in a polished and professional manner to articulate talent and market findings with a high level of business acumen.Prepare/contribute to talent reports and lead/participate in client update meetings.Providing strategic guidance to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talentDeliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings in key tech areas in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.Continually contributing to the knowledge base by monitoring trends, as a whole, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.Build, cultivate, and nurture talent pools by organizing events, campaigns, and various other meaningful touchpoints.Focus on building now and ready-later talent pools for frequently hired rolesConduct market mapping to identify where top talent resides.Qualification Criteria:14+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market.Supporting client update meetings on active searches with market-relevant contentDevelop a target list of companies and prospects, in conjunction with the recruiter and hiring manager and possess a strong passion for using data and intelligence in a consultative manner to impact business decisions.Will be responsible for the engagement of individuals in targeted companies, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter usage, Conducting internet research, Complex Boolean search, X-ray search, Social media search, and utilizing industry directories and other channels and sources; Will have research acumen and creativity;An individual who can learn new tech and product domains quickly and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains.Superb communication skills, a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy, senior executives Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
