Product Manager / RPM Engineering We're seeking a Technical Product Manager who is creative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. You'll collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets. You'll own the roadmap for features in our Remote Patient Monitoring web app, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You'll communicate product direction to senior leadership and influence our engineering team to build next-generation solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with software development, UX design, client success, sales, marketing, and product management teams to solve complex problems. Drive the roadmap for features in our Remote Patient Monitoring web app. Ensure excellent customer experiences with user-friendly website features. Analyze data to make informed decisions and guide product strategy. Work closely with engineering teams on technical implementation and architectural decisions. Communicate product direction, launch strategy, and success metrics to senior leadership. Lead discussions on technology strategy and product features. Experiment, iterate quickly, and gather customer feedback to improve products. Desired Skills: 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles. Experience in consumer-facing software products. Ability to manage end-to-end product delivery. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ownership mentality and self-driven. Working days: Monday to Friday. Working hours: 12:00 to 9:00 pm (flexible) Location: Baner, Pune Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMBA preferred PRB
